The Punjabi tandoor (Gurmukhī:ਤੰਦੂਰ; Shahmukhi:تندور) is a clay oven and is traditionally used to cook Punjabi cuisine. It is traditional to have tandoors in courtyards of homes in the Punjab region to make roti and naan.
